The Grandeur Experience requires a non-refundable $300 booking fee due at the time of booking. The booking fee will be applied to the total price of the selected package. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the scheduled event. 

Please note: If booking an event for a date in less than 30 days, the FULL Booking Fee and Remaining Balance will be due at the time of booking.

A charge of $400/hr will be applied if original booking time is exceeded.

Cancel at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date to receive a refund with the exception of the booking deposit. You may reschedule for a new event date and the booking deposit of the previously cancelled event will be applied to the rescheduled event date. You may also cancel the scheduled event less than 14 days prior to the event date but you will only receive a partial refund of 50%.
