The Grandeur Experience requires a non-refundable $150 booking fee due at the time of booking. The booking fee will be applied to the total price of the selected package. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the scheduled event. 

Please note: If booking an event for a date in less than 30 days, the FULL Booking Fee and Remaining Balance will be due at the time of booking.

A charge of $250/hr will be applied if original booking time is exceeded.

The client may cancel up to 30 days prior to the event and will be issued a refund with the exception of the booking deposit. The client may reschedule for a new event date and the booking deposit of the previously cancelled event will be applied to the rescheduled event date. If the client must cancel less than 30 days of your booked event, only the booking fee will be refunded. If a cancellation is made less than 14 days of the event the client will not receive a refund.
